About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Health Visitor to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in improving the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide health visiting services to diverse children with varied needs, linked to a GP practice.
- Act as the named link to GPs and Early Years Settings & Nurseries, managing vulnerable children and attending multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Lead on key interventions and health promotion activities, including delivery of integrated development reviews using the ASQ and ELIM questionnaire.
- Oversee health promotion work undertaken by the nursery nurse team, working closely with parents and children's centres to deliver advice and support.

Requirements
- Health Visiting professional qualification with entry onto 3rd part of NMC.
