Senior Financial Operations Coordinator Role

The purpose of the Senior Financial Operations Coordinator role is to ensure revenue is accurately recorded and financial transactions are processed in a timely manner for the preparation of accounting records and management accounts:

  1. Extract and enter income from booking systems into accounting software (Iplicit) on a timely basis to ensure accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with the financial team to update the sales ledger for payments received for Group Bookings and reconcile receipts against the booking system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  3. Maintain and reconcile cash accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Act as the financial point of contact with Customer Services and Booking Offices to resolve customer queries and refunds promptly and accurately.
  5. Prepare and submit Gift Aid claims for donations on ticket purchases monthly during the operating season.
  6. Accurately prepare and post monthly journals for credit cards and prepaid debit card spend.
  7. Post bank transactions and complete the bank reconciliation weekly.
  8. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
