  • Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining detailed records and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Requirements:

  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) / QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Demonstrable experience in working with SEN/SEMH students.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN/SEMH conditions and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with special educational needs.
