Regional Operations Manager Opportunity

Dental Beauty Partners is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our growing operations team. This role will report to our Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for a remit of practices across Greater London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the company vision and strategy, growth, business plans, and seek development opportunities
  • Drive Revenue & EBITDA for a remit of mixed dental practices, ensuring all operational KPIs are met, and supporting practices with their P&L delivery
  • Forge strong, meaningful relationships with our Practice Partners & Managers - providing them with expert industry knowledge and analysis
  • Day-to-day operational support of practice managers within your region
  • Inspire the practice managers to continuously improve and realize their full potential
  • Streamline operational procedures and systems to increase efficiency and output
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with all stakeholders, act as a liaison for all suppliers and partner companies
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an operations/area manager for a multi-site company within the dental or healthcare sector
  • Full driving license is essential for regular travel to practices
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving operational excellence
  • Proficient in using management software and technology to optimize clinic operations and performance
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities
