The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Thistle City Barbican. As a key member of our Meetings and Events team, you will be responsible for promoting our facilities to prospective clients and coordinating their events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Coordinate events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
