Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Hygiene Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, and negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Account Management: Manage key account objectives in line with the overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Ensure all operational services and agreed objectives are delivered on time and in accordance with the contract requirements via your team.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement and manage continuous review processes leading to continuous improvement plans and projects.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in business development or a senior sales role within water hygiene.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly at all levels both internally and externally.
- Account Management: Experience in development and managing of accounts.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Driving License: Full, clean UK driving license.
