Farm Operations Specialist

Pilgrims Europe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Operations Specialist in the Broiler farm department.
About the RoleThis role involves assisting the Farm Manager in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation of the farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing skills in line with the Moy Park competency framework, liaising closely with the Farm Manager, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for birds and staff.
- Contribute to the development of skills in line with the Moy Park competency framework.
- Liaise closely with the Farm Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- Previous experience in a poultry farm environment.
- Level 2/3 Poultry Passport Qualification.
- Be prepared to undertake NVQs.
