Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at phs Besafe. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial laundry equipment at our various sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair industrial laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with the Head of Operations and Depot Managers to plan daily work and maximize productivity.
  • Take ownership of engineering issues, including testing equipment, fault finding, and repairing equipment in line with customer service level agreements.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and clearly, including documentation of parts used, time taken, and safe keeping of stock and stock balances.
Requirements:
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with an understanding of hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams.
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles and use of electrical and hydraulic test equipment.
  • Compliance with regulations and instructions according to company policies.
  • Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points.
