About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Cooplands team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, leading and motivating a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and drive business growth.
  • Ensure high standards of store cleanliness and food preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
