About the Role

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Skills Coach to join its Apprenticeships team. This full-time, fixed-term position will cover maternity leave from February 2025 until March 2026.

As a Technical Skills Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of apprentices in the Greenkeeping & Sportsturf Apprenticeship Programmes. Your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive support and guidance to enhance their experience and ensure successful completion of their apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits (remotely) to assess progress and provide feedback to apprentices.
  • Maintain accurate records of off-the-job training hours and assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote learning and development among apprentices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in utilizing technology, and have a thorough understanding of relevant policies and procedures, including risk management, diversity and equality, health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.

Salary and Benefits
