  • Implement and refine the Fundraising Strategy to drive growth and improvement across the organisation.
  • Lead the team in building profitable, multi-year relationships with corporates, trusts and foundations, and major donors.
  • Develop and execute cultivation and stewardship plans to ensure the Trust maximises the potential of every relationship.
  • Design systems and procedures around cultivation, stewardship, and recognition to ensure the Trust achieves its fundraising goals.
  • Contribute fully to the fundraising management team and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to explore opportunities for income generation.
