Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace for the team and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate the front of house team to achieve exceptional results
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions

What We're Looking For:
  • You're an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader, or front of house team member with a passion for hospitality
  • You have a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
  • You're a natural people person with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • You're driven, motivated, and able to work at pace with limited supervision
  • You have a strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
