Education and Training Manager

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Education and Training Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional education and training services to learners, helping them achieve their full potential. With full training and ongoing support, you will be equipped to inspire and engage learners, ensuring a smooth apprenticeship journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Education and Training Initiatives: Develop and lead education and training initiatives that promote vocational excellence and support learner development.
- Manage and Mentor Staff: Provide professional guidance and support to staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality education and training services.
- Assess and Monitor Progress: Effectively assess and monitor learner progress, ensuring occupational competence in line with standards and legislative requirements.
Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will also enjoy flexible working options, an employee assistance programme, Cycle2work, and employee discounts.
