Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and repair services to customers in the field, utilizing specialized equipment and tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with plant equipment, ensuring safe and timely completion of work.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Requisition parts and materials as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Formal training in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of plant equipment and technical systems.
  • Proven experience in a field service or technical support role, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid LDV driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
