About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our team in Exeter. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the General Manager, Monse, to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through our Apprenticeship Scheme, Development Programmes, and Chef Academy.

Requirements:

  • An existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter, or an individual looking for the next step in their hospitality career.
  • A passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
  • An active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team.
  • High standards and a great work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
