Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our nursery team, developing and implementing engaging learning programs, and ensuring high-quality care and guidance are delivered to children. You will also contribute to the development of our nursery's vision and strategy, working closely with other leaders and the management team. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits including performance-related bonuses and childcare discount.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
