We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our spinal service team, working alongside experts in Trauma & Orthopaedic care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include providing advanced clinical care, utilising expertise to guide colleagues, patients, and families in pathway navigation, and participating in the development and updating of referral guidelines and policies.

This role also involves advocating for patients, ensuring safe and timely discharge or transfer of care, monitoring quality standards, and contributing to continuous professional development through training and learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will be registered with a relevant professional body, hold a Non-Medical prescribing qualification, and possess an MSc in clinical practice.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, NHS pension scheme membership, and access to salary sacrifice schemes.
