Job Description: As a Tesco Travel Money Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering this mission by providing expert advice and guidance to our customers on their foreign exchange needs. You will work closely with your team to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, while also building strong relationships with our customers to understand their travel requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet key performance goals

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be numerically proficient, IT literate, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also need to have a desire to succeed and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £12.50 per hour + monthly bonus. Depending on your team, you may receive a monthly or weekly rota.

Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday.
