Vehicle Damage Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at AD Williams Accident Repair Centres in Worthing. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and repair quality.

• Accurately assess and evaluate vehicle damage to determine the necessary repairs.
• Calculate and provide detailed estimates for repairs, including time and cost.
• Collaborate with technicians and site managers to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.
• Negotiate estimates and discuss claim-related issues with engineers as needed.
• Identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs and provide customers with estimates according to guidelines.
• Record all estimate and repair information on the Autoflow system.
• Communicate with customers to provide repair information and completion time estimates.
• Compile supporting documentation and ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained.

• ATA qualification desirable.
• Audatex experience desirable.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience delivering high-quality service to customers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and PC literacy skills.
