Personal Development Coordinator

Location: Worksop

Salary: £24,249 FTE (Pro-rata £21,451.04) per annum + benefits

Hours: Full time, term time (37 hrs per week, working 40 weeks per year)

As a Personal Development Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to identify and develop innovative solutions to support the growth and development of employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
