Job Title: Senior Residential Property Solicitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join our team as a Technical Lead. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team provides compliant advice and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical training to the team on Residential Conveyancing matters
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Work closely with the Group Compliance Director to ensure that our advice is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage a complex caseload of Residential Property files, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, lease extensions, and other related matters
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • 7 years post-qualified experience as a Solicitor in Residential Property
  • Proven experience in managing a complex caseload of Residential Property files
  • Strong technical knowledge of Residential Conveyancing matters
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
