Commercial Lead for Civil Engineering

Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of our civil engineering projects across the UK. This role will involve working closely with the Project Manager and the project delivery team to ensure the project achieves success and maximises profit.
The successful candidate will have a solid quantity surveying background, with experience in civil engineering or groundworks. Knowledge of highways or RC structures would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, provision, and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Project Manager and the project delivery team.
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial skills, including contract negotiation, procurement, variations, valuations, payments, and final accounts.
- Able to work closely with the Project Manager and the project delivery team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
