About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our Global Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions for our customers, driving customer success and adoption of Microsoft cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud solutions for customers, including migration and modernization of existing infrastructure
  • Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption
  • Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights
  • Assess customer cloud readiness and provide structured learning plans to support customers through a partner-led delivery model
  • Be a voice of customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers
  • Be an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners and external communities

Requirements

  • Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions, including Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, AVD, AVS
  • Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments and migrations in enterprise-wide environments
  • Experience in consultative, migration, modernization, and deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and growing data services in large or highly strategic accounts
  • Acknowledged for making decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
