About the Role

We are seeking an excellent Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and pupil-centred staff team at GSL Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with complex needs, including MLD and complex needs, in a positive and supportive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver high-quality education and support to pupils.
  • Provide individualised support to pupils, including first aid administration and support.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative strategies and approaches to support pupil learning and development.
