We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our team at Think Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out roofing maintenance and repairs on domestic social housing properties.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in roofing, a full UK driving license, and be willing to learn new skills. They will work on a variety of tasks, including patch repair work and refurbishments, such as tile and slate repairs, felting roofs, replacing ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, and pointing.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £32,974 per year, plus overtime and callouts, a van, and a fuel card. Additionally, the company offers 28 days of holiday time, bank holidays, and 12% pension contributions.
Location:
The role is based in Mansfield, Derby, Ashbourne, and surrounding areas.
