About the Role:
We are working with Broster Buchanan Ltd to recruit a Finance Director to lead their client services company through an exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, technical proficiency, and hands-on experience, ideally within a private equity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the company's growth objectives
* Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
* Provide strategic recommendations to the MD and the executive team based on financial analysis and projections
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements:
