Our client, a leading international boarding school in Oxford, UK, seeks a highly skilled Examinations Officer and Academic Administrator to join their team. As an integral part of the school's academic operations, this role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of external examinations and supporting the academic success of students.

In this role, you will work closely with the Deputy Head of School (Academic) and academic staff to manage exam timetables, schedules, and logistics. You will also be responsible for liaising with examination boards and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience in exam management, and excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, plus 25 days of holiday, which can be taken during school holidays, except during critical weeks for formal examinations or exam results. Complimentary lunches are also provided during working hours in term time.
