About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support across all operational areas, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are achieved while maintaining a focus on safety.

Duties
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing-related field.

Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including PFMEA, PPAP, lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, process flow, RCCA, and SOP creation.

Experience in NPI project implementation, additive manufacturing, and supply chain support is desirable.

Salary: £58,000 per annum.
