Aquatic Education Role at Ardingly College Swim School


The Ardingly College Swim School is recruiting an experienced Swimming Teacher to deliver weekend swimming sessions and/or occasional weekday lessons as required by the Swim School Manager. The role will involve teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.


Applicants should have a high level of teaching experience in Swimming, excellent class programming and instruction skills, and a sound understanding of the safety requirements needed to deliver lessons. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with swimmers, parents, and colleagues is essential.


The Swim School's development program follows the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS), and applicants are expected to hold a minimum of ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification.


Compensation: £26.26 per hour
