Neurodisability Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Service Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services and ensuring the highest quality of care and education is provided to our clients. As a leading charity in the field of neurodisability support, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will also be expected to develop and implement service strategies, working closely with our experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. You will also have experience in managing budgets, resources, and teams, as well as developing and implementing service strategies.
We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
