Director of Restructuring and Insolvency

At PPF (Pension Protection Fund), we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our compensation strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the fair treatment of members in defined benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure fair treatment of members

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of strategies

⁠ ⁠Analyze data to inform compensation decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in compensation strategy development and implementation

⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
