Administrative Role in Peterborough Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Peterborough Office as an Administrative Assistant, providing a first-class service to staff and visitors.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be part of the Office Administration team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, professional contacts, employees, and suppliers.
  • Process invoices for payment, including creating purchase orders.
  • Order stationery and kitchen consumables.
  • Organize schedules for work shadowing students and assist with social committee events.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and PA to Head of Office to promote company initiatives.
  • Work with the PA to Head of Office and Office Business Development Board to organize events.
  • Update contact details in Dynamics CRM as required.
  • Complete and/or obtain venue event H&S Risk Assessments.
  • Liaise with the digital marketing team to create and send event invitations.
  • Attend events and ensure fee-earners have necessary materials.
  • Maintain team channels with up to-date information.
  • Create and update team sheets/PDF invites using Canva.
