About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst to join our team at Together. As a key member of our financial crime prevention framework, you will play a critical role in protecting our group from the threat of money laundering and other financial crimes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Crime Profile Assessment: Support the ongoing assessment of our current financial crime profile, including activities related to the refresh of the annual financial crime risk assessment and RCSA.
  • Policy Review and Update: Review financial crime policies, standards, procedures, and guidance to ensure they are in line with current regulation and business developments.
  • Business Advice and Guidance: Prepare business advice on the management of high-risk cases escalated to the 2LOD following identification from customer due diligence activities or through the High Risk Relationship Policy.
  • Legislative and Regulatory Horizon Scanning: Undertake financial crime legislation and regulatory horizon scanning to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • System Testing and Implementation: Support the testing, implementation, and performance monitoring of key changes to the Financial Crime System.
  • Risk Reporting and Monitoring: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting of financial crime risks and issues across the internal governance framework.
  • Incident Management: Manage and maintain reporting (and MI) with regards to financial crime incidents and breaches.

Requirements

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of financial crime and financial services regulations, particularly Money Laundering Regulations and FCA rules in relation to financial crime.
  • Risk Assessment and Evaluation: Ability to assess risks and evaluate impacts and develop appropriate responses.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders and senior management.

  • Competitive Salary: A salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
