At Kiwa, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Safety Engineer to join our Product Evaluation team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to advance your career in fire engineering.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will supervise and provide technical support to other members of the Product Evaluation Team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes reviewing reports and adhering to the Register of Assessors and Reviewers in accordance with the Passive Fire Protection Forum (PFPF) Guide.

In this role, you will contribute to the team's financial performance by maintaining high utilisation levels and meeting personal invoicing goals. You will work closely with product evaluation engineers to deliver high-quality results, collaborate with colleagues to implement new methods, and possess excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support product evaluation engineers to ensure project delivery
  • Review reports and maintain adherence to industry standards
  • Contribute to team financial performance through efficient utilisation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices
Requirements:
  • A Level 7 qualification in a fire-related discipline or equivalent engineering master's degree
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
