About the Role

You will be working directly with the Senior Contract Manager on their council contracts around London and the Home Counties. You will be responsible for managing sites across Westminster, with a 50/50 split between office and sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organisation and management of PPMS
  • Client-facing interactions
  • Site visits and inspections
  • Complaints handling and resolution
  • Quotations and remedial works
  • Scheduling of works and projects
  • Audits and performance monitoring
  • KPI tracking and analysis
Essential Requirements
  • Complete understanding of access controls, door entry systems, CCTV, and intruder alarms
  • Experience in managing engineers and teams
Desirable Skills and Behaviours
  • A dynamic and proactive mindset with strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Commercially astute, able to anticipate issues that may affect costs and address them proactively
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in relevant software
