We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Hays Accounts and Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance and support to our business stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver financial information to the business, including financial plans and budgets, and progress against plans and forecasts.
• Hold regular budget holder meetings to provide insight and challenge to managers to drive improved business results.
• Prepare management accounts for relevant Heads of Departments, along with related analysis and reporting for Board Packs.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide financial advice and support to multiple stakeholders across various teams.
• Engage with business stakeholders to continually develop and enhance KPIs and business performance.
• Work on various projects, including systems transformation and acquisitions.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be a qualified accountant with strong experience in finance business partnering, financial analysis, and management accounting. You will have excellent IT skills, including Excel, and be able to easily relay financial information to non-financial individuals.
