Requirements

  • Good all-round education and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing and IT skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a digital environment.

  • Pathways training or working towards, with the ability to meet minimum thresholds and maintain proficiency.
  • Knowledge of First Aid and basic anatomy.
  • Experience working with the general public, using a telephone as a regular means of communication, and working to defined policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive and flexible approach to the changing nature of the trust service delivery model.
