About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Barker Ross Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, researching prospective clients, and opening doors for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Research and identify potential clients, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate with the Sales Director to turn leads into lasting relationships and drive sales growth.
  4. Utilize market data and industry trends to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the food industry.
  2. Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the food industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory environments.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
