Your Role as Assistant Manager:
  • Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ongoing training and development of the team
  • Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining front of house standards and driving excellence in food, hotel, service, and drink quality
  • Adhering to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing
  • Conducting regular stock counts and comparing to usage reports, including waste records, to identify opportunities for tighter control

  • Self-motivation with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry - essential
