Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Financial Institutions to join our team in London Branch. As a key member of the Financial Institutions Group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Institutional Investor clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in driving business development and growth for DBS.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Investor clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target segments, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customised solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client requirements.
  • Maintain a positive risk and control framework, providing ongoing client oversight and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and relationship management roles within the financial services industry (ideally within the Financial Institutions Sector).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with Institutional Investors, including Asset Managers, Securities Houses, Exchanges and Official Institutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client needs in the Institutional Investor space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.
