About the Role

This role involves coordinating and managing the movement of goods across international borders, working closely with agents, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working within global freight forwarding, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing quotations to customers and agents, ensuring accurate pricing and delivery times
  • Booking new shipments, negotiating international freight rates, and arranging air and sea freight bookings
  • Liaising with agents and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Managing cross-trade shipments, handling invoicing, and maintaining accurate records

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working in global freight forwarding, with knowledge of Seafreight, Airfreight, and Roadfreight
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
