About the Role

Rubix is the largest supplier of industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe, with a turnover of €3 billion and operations in 23 countries. As a key member of the Rubix Engineering Services Division, Hydraflow is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join its team.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers across various industry sectors, including Steel, Marine, Aggregates, Waste Management & Recycling, Heavy Plant & Machinery, Paper and Packaging, and Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a structured and data-driven customer acquisition process to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure continued market competitiveness.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
