About the Role

  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel and brand, providing exceptional customer service to guests and stakeholders
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, and that the front desk is running efficiently and effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Clinical Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
