Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join their team in Plymouth. As a key member of our distribution operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages across a planned route to an approved timescale
  • Load and unload parcels from your van, with a minimum lifting capacity of 23kg
  • Participate in comprehensive training and induction programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve delivery goals
Benefits:
  • Competitive daily rates: £115.80 (company van) or £162.80-£175 (own vehicle, dependent on size)
  • Self-employed basis, with fully paid training days
  • 9.5 hour day planned delivery route
  • Weekly pay
  • Free car parking
Requirements:
  • Valid UK or EU driving license
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your license, with a minimum of 1.5 years of driving experience
  • Age 21 or above
  • Hard-working, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
