Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Wiltshire Farm Foods. As a key member of our office team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our predominantly elderly customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Take telephone and internet orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects, providing a personalized and caring experience.
- Support drivers with route planning and ensure seamless delivery rounds.
- Update customer records and liaise with customer relatives as required.
- Provide product information, cooking instructions, and re-ordering details to customers.
- Prepare promotional literature and communicate new product offerings to customers.
- Search for new business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues to continuously improve our service proposition.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role, with a focus on elderly care.
- Confident computer skills, including order management and processing.
- Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
- Numerate and good written English skills, with GCSE Maths and English standard or equivalent.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in the elderly care market.
- Teamwork and communication skills, with a full UK driving license.
