Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Radiographer to join our forward-thinking radiotherapy department at Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff and Radiotherapy Satellite at Abergavenny. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

You will work within a large multi-disciplinary team involved in the care of patients undergoing radiotherapy, including pre-treatment, on-treatment, and on-treatment review. Our department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Varian linear accelerators and Elekta Synergy linear accelerators. You will be required to help organize various departmental tasks, including supervision and teaching of students.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including contributory pension scheme, life assurance, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.

Location

This role is based at Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff and Radiotherapy Satellite at Abergavenny. We offer flexible working arrangements to support our employees' work-life balance.
