About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Cyber Security Improvement Director to drive business improvements and quality initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our position as one of the most forward-thinking companies in the cyber security world.



Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Implementing and maintaining a focus on our quality initiatives in line with business strategies and procedures.
  • Managing our business improvement programme and associated formal certifications.
  • Leading the QA team and internal audit programme.
  • Developing and delivering the business improvement plan.
  • Representing the company at external business improvement and certification forums.
  • Supporting business systems in the implementation of Cyber essentials/plus activities.
  • Contributing to the security forum and security improvement activities.


Requirements


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:



  • A professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • An organized and efficient approach with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work as a team player and take ownership of tasks to conclusion.
  • A proactive approach with strong awareness of security.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Benefits


This role offers a highly competitive salary of up to £50,000 + benefits package, including pension, health insurance, share scheme, flexible working, and 25 days' holiday. You will also enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work from our Nottingham location.
