Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our client's team at City Facilities Management. As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment in customer locations, providing assistance with HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits, and ensuring health and safety is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair refrigeration equipment in customer locations
  • Provide assistance with HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits
  • Ensure health and safety is at the forefront of all actions
  • Work on an on-call rota of 1 week in every 4

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 qualification (FGas Qualification)
  • NVQ / C&G Level 2 in Refrigeration or equivalent
  • Full, valid UK driving Licence
  • Experience in refrigeration / air conditioning maintenance and repair
  • Experience providing assistance with HVAC equipment

What We Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary, company vehicle with fuel card, pension, health plan, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). CO2 training is desirable but not essential, and the right candidate will be provided with this as well as Care Gas, SPA, and any other relevant courses.
