Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join our award-winning Real Estate department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for advising a broad range of private individuals and businesses on a full range of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
  • Managing a high-value, complex caseload with a growth mindset
  • Supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors
  • Working closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities
  • Developing and growing the department through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong technical ability and commercial acumen
  • Experience gained at a reputable law firm
  • Portable client following would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of property matters from inception to completion
  • Ability to work within a team to develop and grow the department
  • Strong academic profile
