Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming warranty requests from customers and provide proactive solutions and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate, monitor, and supervise service activities, occasionally on location.
- Ensure proper technical preparation of assignments and attend various client projects such as warranty support and client visits.
- Provide customers with advice, both verbal and written, and ensure proper planning in time, personnel, and budget.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering qualification at bachelor's level or equivalent working level.
- Proven experience in a service organisation related to maritime, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Solid project management and service skills, with a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Effective communication and advisory skills with both team members and external stakeholders.
- Initiative and project management skills, with hands-on experience in the maritime sector, including operations, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Flexible and methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
